Maples Teesdale expands leading client practice with new Real Estate Disputes partner hire

Maples Teesdale announced the arrival of Rosalind Cullis, Real Estate Disputes Partner to the team from Kingsley Napley.

Rosalind brings a wealth of experience as a real estates disputes lawyer, having previously been at Forsters and Beachcroft Stanleys (now DAC Beachcroft) and most recently Kingsley Napley where she assisted with a broad range of real estate disputes in the residential, commercial and construction sectors.

Rosalind will further enhance the firm’s real estate disputes offering with her depth of knowledge and extensive experience.  She will be working alongside Head of Real Estate Disputes, Dellah Gilbert, who joined Maples Teesdale in 2015 from Hogan Lovells.

Rosalind’s appointment at Maples Teesdale is part of the firm’s commitment to being the only property law firm clients need and the UK’s leading commercial property law specialists.

Dellah Gilbert said “We are delighted to welcome Rosalind into the partnership, this hire adds significant breadth to our ever-growing real estate capacity. ”
