We are delighted to announce that Joanna Preece has rejoined the firm’s Construction team as Partner. This is our latest senior hire and further strengthens our Construction team, building on Myles Levy's appointment in February 2025.

Joanna has significant experience advising a wide range of clients on large development schemes, acquisitions and disposals, lettings and financings. She is a specialist in non-contentious construction documents, with significant experience across the full suite of construction documents. She has experience in major redevelopments and full refurbishments and construction aspects of investment transactions, across all real estate investment sectors and is equally comfortable advising clients with less experience throughout the whole development process.

Joanna originally joined the firm from Herbert Smith in 2016 as an associate in our construction team and was made a partner in 2021.  We were very sorry to see Jo leave in Autumn 2023 to join Irwin Mitchell but we stayed in touch and are thrilled to welcome her back.
