Whilst local authorities and local residents have their concerns about Heathrow expansion there is little doubt in the business community that it is a good thing for London and the national economy.  So whilst its understandable that things like Brexit give the airport reasons to reflect, its frustrating to see what looks like indecision about how the proposals will be taken forward.
