Nobody said it would be easy. Regeneration isn't, and for big sites it can take the best part of a generation for it to succeed. On the Isle of Dogs there has already been plenty of second wave regeneration. So for those tasked with regenerating massive sites do not feel the need to deliver too quickly and recognise there will be setbacks. Have a vision and stick to it.
