On Tuesday 15 October Maples Teesdale and Real Estate Balance hosted a talk by Kate Usher, an expert in helping businesses with simple strategies that increase employee engagement and develop inclusive cultures around the menopause.

Attendees had the opportunity to gain important insights into how menopause affects the lives of working women and ask questions of our speakers.

The session also covered the practical adjustments businesses can make to help prevent women from passing up promotion opportunities, reducing their hours or even ending their careers altogether because of menopause.
