An interesting EG article from Derek Williams at Edmond de Rothschild on the focus of A+ grade office space in London in the post-covid era. The themes discussed align with those discussed at a recent Bisnow event on the London office market my colleague Adam Bernstein attended which included commentary that alongside sustainability, health and wellbeing of employees are key priorities for occupiers who are now looking for a much more “destination” based office space to encourage their workforce back to the office. As Derek comments, occupiers are paying a 10 – 12 % premium for the best class of space.
