At the moment building and developing in a sustainable and energy efficient way is optional but this won't always be the case.  We are proud to be working with Bywater to create an innovative suite of lease documents with extensive and in many cases novel ESG provisions.  Not only are Bywater driving forward much needed change but they are using business as a force for good.
