Savills are predicting these Zone 2 hotspots are likely to see an increase in activity this year following on from the South Bank's spell in the spotlight. Rent rises and low vacancy rates are making development an attractive option and rising values could lead to a re-appraisal of values by landowners and subsequent sales. It will be interesting to see to what extent this is borne out over the coming months.
