Good new for London - the capital remains the top choice for large companies to locate their global teams. It's interesting that one of the main draws is the large number of similar businesses located there (as the report says, tech-aligned firms want to be near each other so that they can feed off each other’s knowledge) so this is a case where more really does mean more. The London property market just needs to keep innovating and supplying the right spaces for these firms to occupy.
