There seems to be a seismic change happening in the British housebuilding market. Renting your home is fast becoming an acceptable way of providing a roof over your head, but the large schemes so far seem to be largely provided by specialist providers, mainly in large urban apartment blocks aimed at 20 somethings.
It's time perhaps that some of the volume housebuilders took note and started to offer this product on their greenfield development sites for the family housing market. They won't be 20 somethings forever....
