With Historic England confirming that 1980's architecture is hip through its listing of 17 postmodern buildings the owners may need to brush up on what they now can and can't do to their buildings without the need for listed building consent. And of course adjacent landowners will also need to consider the impact of their development proposals on the setting of the listed building.
