Listed Status for Office on Aztec West

When I was still a trainee (or an articled clerk as it was back in the day) I remember a senior partner at my then firm saying that the day he had been instructed to renew a 25 year lease he had originally granted was the day he knew it was time to start thinking about retirement.

Reading this news about an office building in Aztec West, a business park then owned by Arlington and on which I cut my teeth working on 25+  years ago has had a similar effect on me!

This underlines (a) the good work that Historic England does in protecting our heritage and (b) that modern (ish) buildings really do not have to be boring.
