ULI has today issued a Reshaping Retail report, to which I am proud to have contributed my views and experiences. 

Whilst the COVID-19 pandemic is adding to the retail industry's woes, this "thought starter" report will no doubt be of significant use to the industry once we emerge from this period of uncertainty and are able again to focus on tackling the other challenges facing the retail industry and the opportunities that reshaping retail offer.
