The data from Savills in this article confirms what I am sure all of working in this sector would say, that demand and activity continues apace.  I was interested to see that, notwithstanding the slashing of numbers of overall participants since the crash, the smaller developers are coming back, and that the housing associations are increasingly active in this area.
